My name is Michelle Martinez and I am the owner of FIT4MOM Foothills. I am wife to Ray and mom to Abraham (3.5) and Alexander (2). I am a boy mom through and through. We love FIT4MOM, train rides, and Disneyland.

I have been a member of FIT4MOM Foothills for 3 years and an instructor for 1 year. After the birth of my second son I experienced very difficult postpartum. I felt alone and motherhood felt hard. FIT4MOM saved me. FIT4MOM got me out of the house, brought me a wonderful new, supportive community of moms that didn't make me feel alone, and allowed my sons to socialize, make friends, and see their mom give back to herself.

I am passionate about moms having a community and a place to go where they feel welcome and safe to be themselves. I love our team of instructors and playgroup captains and I hope to build a community of inclusivity and bring to moms the gift that FIT4MOM gave me. I truly love this village and I am so excited for its future!
