FIT4MOM Foothills WINTER RUN CLUB I January 10 - February 28
Whether you’re training for a race or are just looking for accountability and support in a run training program, FIT4MOM's Run Club has you covered. We provide opportunities for mamas at all levels to train, learn, and improve - all while having fun!
Our 8-week program includes a 5K, 10K, or half marathon training plan, tips to get started, nutrition info for fueling during training, and a GroupMe group to stay connected and encouraged. You’ll also receive weekly emails to help you feel motivated and supported along the way.
Run Club Membership at a glance:
Training plan for your specific goal (5K or 10K)
Access to FIT4MOM Video on Demand workouts during the session
Weekly email support with new articles, recipes, and weekly focus training information to practice throughout the session.
In-Person personal training classes with a different focus each week to ensure you meet your running goals
Weekly focuses include but are not limited to: Running form / Strengthening the Pelvic Floor for Running / Hip Stability & Mobility / Pacing / Hill Running / Building Stability Beyond the Hips.
In-Person weekly community runs with FIT4MOM Foothills community
