Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Body Back Transformation® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. To maximize results, the class does not involve a stroller or children – perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for all moms who need personal time to fully focus on their goals.

  • Rancho Cucamonga - Tuesday / Thursday 7pm, Saturday 8am
  • La Verne - Monday / Wednesday 7:30pm, Saturday 8am
  • Fontana - Monday / Wednesday 5am, 9:30am, 7pm, Saturday 8am

Are these classes for everyone? No, probably not everyone. There are women, like you, who are willing to reach out of her comfort zone. You will be pushed to your personal limits. This program is based on cardio, strength and core. You do not need to be in shape to do Body Back. We will build you up from your personal starting point...and you don't have to be a runner! However, you do need to be free from injuries or ailments which would prevent you from training at a high intensity.

Whether you just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom get her body back. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.

What does the diet program consist of?
It's not a diet per se but rather a meal plan. It's based on the Mama Wants Her Body Back® program. You will get food choices that include Recipes, Grab and Go and Restaurant eating. You pick and choose based on your lifestyle. To get the best results, you do want to commit to the meal plan.

What kind of results can I expect?
If you commit 100% to the workout and meal plan, you can expect amazing results. Not only do we see pounds and inches melt away; we see dramatic increases in strength, posture and endurance!
