Body Back Transformation


Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Transformation Session Include?

  • 3 HIIT Workouts per week in a small group format (moms only, no kiddos at Body Back but we have some childcare)!
  • Family friendly recipes provided and weekly meal planning support
  • At home workouts and challenges
  • Before & After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support

  • La Verne - Monday / Wednesdays 7:30pm, every other Saturday at 7am

  • Rancho Cucamonga - Tuesday / Thursday 7:30pm, Saturdays at 7am

  • North Fontana - Monday / Wednesday 5am, 9:30am, 7pm
    *childcare available at 9:30am
